Sitting in front of the TV as a kid, I fell in love with old black & white movies, big-budget musicals, and reruns of TV shows like The Dick Van Dyke Show, That Girl, and I Love Lucy. I wanted to grow up to be like Lucille Ball or Mary Tyler Moore.
Though I didn't end up marrying a Cuban or a NYC TV Executive, I did grow up to be an actor. I'm doing what I love!
My range is reflected in the variety of roles I've played: a busy mom, a distraught homeless woman, a schizophrenic housewife, a lovable redneck, a lonely sexpot and more. I love a challenge and creating a memorable character that the audience identifies with on some level.
A few things you should know about me:
I have extensive experience in film, commercial, stage, hosting, and industrial work. I’m proficient in teleprompter and ear prompter. I believe in on-going actor training, so the acting muscles are flexed and ready to go. I have a positive attitude. (Hopefully it is infectious, not annoying!) I am co-founder of Actors Anonymous Productions, a group of very talented actors (along with talented screenwriters) who create short films to help develop our skills in front of and behind the camera. I’m a wife, a mom, and I am blessed with a very supportive family. (Good thing too, because I’m addicted to this thing. I love what I do.) Maybe most important is: When you hire me for any type of acting job, you are going to get professionalism, energy, enthusiasm, and PREPARATION!
